webfact Posted August 14, 2019 Share Posted August 14, 2019 More heavy rain expected in Thailand's upper regions in the next 24 hours Picture: Thai Rath The Thai met office has warned people in the upper regions of Thailand to expect more rain - heavy in places - in their latest forecast from 6 am today until 6 am tomorrow. They warned of the potential for flooding and forest run-off. They listed the north, central and east as areas that would face the most rain. There would be only isolated light rain in the south. Swells of 2 meters are expected in the Andaman Sea and 1-2 meters in the upper gulf. Those putting to sea were warned to exercise caution.
