Pheu Thai MP indicted over 2013 House vote allegations

A former Pheu Thai Party MP has been formally indicted by the National Anti-Corruption Commission for voting in a House session using the ID cards of other MPs six years ago.

 

 

The NACC today submitted an indictment against Narisorn Thongthirat with the Supreme Court’s Criminal Cases against Political Appointees for his alleged acts, which were captured in video and still images of a House session in 2013.

 

In the indictment, Narisorn has been accused of malfeasance under Article 123/1 of an organic law under the Constitution, which carries a maximum jail term of 10 years and/or a maximum fine of Bt400,000.

It took a while but at least the guy got punished. He was denying it even while he was caught on tape. But the speed at with this went is so slow.

And let's not forget why he / they were doing it and who would have been the beneficiary of such unethical behavior if they hadn't been caught.

Would that be the same constitution that was ripped up by the junta.

 

Charged by an organic law under a constitution that does not exist by being removed by treasonistas replaced by a rigged constitution and election.

Karma is great when it catches up.

He should have crossed over to the PPRP who will readily squashed the case. 

just make sure one party that people actually voted for, even if regular corruption was used, to never get in power again, the legal way
