That is quite amusing. It seems that most men here have little to no interest in befriending foreigners. Most other nations I have been to, the people are genuinely curious about people from other nations. IN Mexico and in India, I had alot of male friends. Really great guys. Here, not so. Whether it be the average man, or the elite, there seems to be little curiosity, and no interest in associating with us, on any level other than business.

 

I would say it is one of my minor pet peeves about Thailand. 

What is defined as being rich in Thailand? Nowhere in this guy's talk was there a mention of that. And furthermore is he even playing playing with a full deck given all the negatives in the Thai economy these past 18 months?? One can only speculate he was richly rewarded by the powers that be in Thailand for that twaddle.
