Nice place near the Burger King... It's called PP Villa.

Right next to the mini mart....On Damnern Kasem Rd.

Book early, The price may be as much as 1500....I'm not sure.

Nice pool.

Ask for a room in the back, by the pool. There is a second building back there....seems nicer.

Motorcycle rentals across the street....5 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around.

PP Villa (aka Peuan Pen Villa) - 032 511 216 - last time I tried they didn't book by phone.

Also, try Jed Pee Nong just on the other side of the B' King!
