Job Description:

• Edit canned responses in Live Chat program

• Edit old templates to reflect new policies and create new templates where applicable

• Review all online chat logs, recorded phone calls and sent emails for correct English and if professional service has been provided

• Train all Customer Service Agents (in house) to use effective selling techniques and ask questions in the correct manner

• Conduct customer service training sessions in both group and one-on-one formats

• Implement an effective training program for all agents

• QA our booking process and check for any errors or points of confusion that may need to be corrected

• Needs to create test bookings to ensure bookings are being received and that confirmation emails are sent correctly

• Test all Customer Service agents by coming on line and chatting with them to test their skills

• Run and analyze various weekly and monthly reports that are required for all departments in Travel Operations

• Review all sections of our site to ensure links are working and taking customers to the correct pages

• Check the foreign currency options for viewing rates

• Check the sort functions on the city page

• Test the functions on the site using various web browsers (IE, Netscape, Mozilla etc.)

Qualifications

• A native English speaker

• Bachelor degree in any field

• Excellent skills in Excel ( able to create graph/chart and use formula)

• Very good writing ability

• Good attitude and able to work flexible hours is essential

• Sales experience as well as Computer Literacy is a plus

• Flexible working hours is a must
