No. When stopped By the BiB on your bike or in a car, they are asking for your Driving license, not proof of your identity - When driving / riding a vehicle, any Policeman who stops you can ask to see your Driving / Bike license (and after sept 20th, they have to return it to you instead of holding it in lieu of paying a fine).
