September 3, 20196 yr Video: Monkey takes kitten hostage in Rayong Thai national television reported that a troublesome monkey in Klaeng, Rayong had taken a kitten hostage. Fears were growing for the safety of kitty as the monkey held onto it on a roof. The monkey is a naughty one and has been responsible for scratching cars and invading schools, houses and even the market in the eastern Thai town. Now the kitten - who TNA said had been taken hostage for days - was mewling desperately for food. Netizens were calling for urgent action from the authorities with some suggesting that a tranquilizer dart be used to stop the simian shenanigans. Failing that food should be used as a lure to end the hostage drama, they said. Most were in agreement that a home should be found for the monkey well away from people...and cats.
