Chonburi police arrested three Russian nationals in the car park of the Ocean Portofino Condominium in Na Jomtien, Sattahip yesterday.

They were a man aged 53 and women aged 52 and 28. All were named in two warrants each for fraud.

They were taken to Pattaya police station after accepting that they were the ones named in the warrants issued by the Pattaya court on August 30th.

They deny all the allegations.

Pattaya Update News said that the police would not reveal the exact nature of the charges but the media said it was connected to fraud in the real estate sector.
