I've never been taxi but i just did a quick google. Could it be on Tha Chang Pier ? It seems to be where most Naval builldings etc are.

It's located near Tha Chang Pier, Nah Phralan ,Phanakhon (beside Wat Pra Gaew (The temple of emerald buddha))
