Trump has done nothing to deserve these accolades...????

The jobs report was weak.  The headline number was 130,000 new jobs in August, but that included the once-in-ten-years addition of 25,000 temporary workers for the Census Bureau.  The net gain is therefore 105,000, which is below the level necessary to accommodate new labor force entries.  Therefore, it was a weak report.
