Yes you can get a multiple re-entry permit at Don Mueang.

A multiple re-entry permit is valid up to the date the permit to stay it is issued for ends.

The fee is 3800 baht.

Since you are new here, make sure you understand what a re-entry permit provides. It does not change the permitted to stay until date of your permission to stay in Thailand. All it does is ensure that your current permission to stay (commonly a long term extension) is not cancelled as a result of your overseas trip.
