Non-immigrant O Retired Visa question

I have a Non-immigrant Visa category O Retired multiple entries (90 days per entry) that is valid until 19 Feb 2020.

Question: If I arrive in January 2020, do I get to stay the full 90 days or do I have to leave when the visa expires?

You get the full 90 days.

The validity of your Visa is entirely different from the validity of permission of stay.
