steve2112 Posted September 30, 2019 Share Posted September 30, 2019 does anyone know where and when the local free aerobic classes are held in the rawai/chalong area. i think there is one at nai harn lake in that government building complex at the bottom of the hill towards the windmills, i think it starts at 6pm ideally i'l like to find a morning one as usually by 6pm the only exercise i get is lifting bottle to mouth thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
