I think they don't have too many electric motor bikes or scooters in Beijing any more. Its more like electric bikes, which is different thing if you promote them to be used in Bangkok as well. Who the heck would use bike and risk his life more than nowadays?

I don't understand your comment. If you are talking about bicycles (pedal or electric) it's not a general public Thai thing and may never be. I ride a bicycle every day in Bangkok, but know how to do it with relative safely and have saved a lot of money and avoided the drudgery of walking.
