White Christmas13
So It might be the wrong forum to ask that question Mods you can move it if necessarily I normally get picked up from Suvarnabhumi. My friend lives in Pattaya so it is a 2 hour drive there I guess and it is easy for him. So if I arrive at DMK how much further will it be from Pattaya, I know he has to do a lot of more city driving which takes more time. So if I decide to take alternative transport from DMK to Pattaya what are the options? Bus,Taxi or what?

Taxi service that I use usually charge 1100 baht from Swampy but 1400 from DMK. Might be a 100 baht more now. Can PM you tel no. if of any use, reliable service. jacko45k
Yes it is a drag if coming from Pattaya to have to get to DMG rather than BKK...... as far as picking you up is concerned. Might depend on how good a friend and how well he knows Bangkok, I would fear getting lost as I don't. You got all the choices, taxi, train, bus, minibus. Once you get to Moechit, or Ekamai on Sukhumvit it is easy. I would use a taxi, or book your own car to meet you.
bkk6060
From DMK: A1 bus to Mochit skytrain. Take skytrain to Ekkami. Take bus from Ekkami bus station to Pattaya. They run every 30 minutes.
