Three groups of labourers from the Labour Network, Slum Network in Four Regions, and Assembly of the Poor converged on Government House today (October 7) to deliver letters of complaint to the administration, seeking improvement in working conditions on the occasion of World Day for Decent Work (WDDW).

Representatives from the Labour Network left after handing over their letter.

The letters from the Network in Four Regions, and Assembly of the Poor appeal to the government to end the practice of land prosecution of landless and homeless persons, and to widen access to the Justice Fund for the poor.

The complaint letters were received by committee member of vice minister of the Prime Minister Office, Suporn Atthawong and Minister of the Office of the Prime Minister, Tewan Liptapallop.
