Is there any airport exit amount Cambodian people must show when leaving thailand

My friend from Cambodia she visit me soon

She told me she need 20 k to leave thailand this maybe a new rule she says

Can some one confirm this ? ,

I never heard about this before !

Also she cannot use her aba Bank , only with high fees of 17 dollar for 3000 bath wishdrawk

I transfer 500 dollar to her ABBA bank , when bank allready confirmed can this paper also can used in airport Imigration instead of cash money ?

For me after 16 years nobody ask me for any amount but , maybe for some Nationality rules diffrent ?

The is no fee for anybody to leave the country.

Perhaps confusion with showing 20k baht on entry.
