Anyone extend Marriage visa @ Chiang Mai using monthly income

Has anyone extended their marriage visa at Chiang Mai by showing bank documents of money transfers (12) of minimum 40000 baht from abroad into thai bank account recently?  

Not having 400000 in bank for 2 months. 

Not having  letter from embassy.

any problems or run around?

I don't recall any report of it being a problem if proof the funds were international transfers was submitted.

It think CM want a letter from the bank similar to this one that list the transfers. Example-BankLetter-Monthly-Deposits(2).pdf

Didn't have problem this year, but wanted some document showing where money comes from. (gov pensions) in my case. No affidavit accepted this year.

When I received my marriage visa I had to show 3 months of deposits before they would let me have my one year extension. Other than that they asked for proof of where it came. I receive US Social Security.
