luudee Posted October 17, 2019 Share Posted October 17, 2019 Hi, I own a property in a company name. Now I have received what looks a property rental tax bill for the last 10 years! This is a substantial amount! They did not bother to invoice me annually, but are sending me a bill for the last 10 years. I wonder if anybody else got this and what my options are. BKK1969 Posted October 17, 2019 Share Posted October 17, 2019 We hold a 30 year lease (ten years used up) in a centrally located Bangkok condominium and had a back dated bill for a three year period about five years ago.We had to pay it, it was buried in the fine print.
