i have posted about the bus (no replies) so would like to add this, any recommends for a hotel WITH A POOL. (short stay 3 days)  to too far from the beach, some nightlife, have been trawling  through  a few but all seem to have a negative for me so far, not into 100 plus rooms, main road etc , lol thanks

IBis, it's a little out of town, but it is on the main road (quieter section) and has a free customer minibus that can take you up the road, or you can opt for a taxi or bus as they won't cost you much.

 

Night life, well, that's another story, a few boilers about up town ????
