Too early to tell how this will play out.

If you are in area subject to flooding during tropical storm events you should monitor this for the next 48 hours.

TC 90W has now been upgraded to formation likely within 24 hours.

 

also note the remnants of TD 23W to the west of Thailand.

Windy.com has the storm building in size until Friday and then coming ashore in Vietnam on Saturday morning. 

 

Note the two low pressure systems on each side of Thailand.

 

This graphic is for Friday's location prediction. I will wait for the Joint Typhoon Center forecast to see what they say.
