My wife owns my house. Filling out the app but it will not let me register without a 'juristic ID number and name'. Where do i find it ?

Ask your Mrs what it says against the long number, top left corner of the name/address page.

No, my book has a long number, I went to a hospital this year and there I was on their system, with that number....Of course it may not be what you are looking for but in my case it meant something. My number is made up of

4-6-1 numbers, eleven in total..
