can anyone tell me if you can get a good view of the world fireworks display from jomtien beach to pattaya and what date is it on nov 19 

No, better go into Pattaya to watch.

Any where on Pattaya Beach, and there is a lot of it now. I would not suggest Jomtien as there is a headland and hill in the way. 

You can find great spots up on the hill, Pattaya city sign or the Thai navy guy statue, but you need to get there early and guard your spot.

If it goes the same as other years there is a 9pm show then a later show.

When it works this web cam has a good view, no sound though..as far as I know its the only publicly available webcam of Pattaya bay ?   I won't publish the address as its already buffering and "stopy starty"  so more viewers would only crash it ????

Yes the hill blocks the view from Jomtien..Pattaya its self is normally very crowded for the fireworks festival..best if you can avoid driving into town, horrible traffic no where to park.

They normally release the fireworks from barges moored directly opposite "Central Pattaya Beach" shopping mall.

Wouldn't excessive alcohol consumption render any view...blurry?
