Unable to verify identity: Any Rabbit LINE Pay experts?

Featured Replies

Recently, my credit card attached to Rabbit Line Pay was cancelled because of fraudulent activity and I could no longer use my Rabbit Card to enter the BTS.  The attendant told me I still had my opening balance of 500 of credit so my Rabbit Card should still work.  It doesn't; I still can't use my card or even top it up using cash.  (For some reason, each time I ride the BTS using my Rabbit Card, the fare is deducted directly from my credit card -- the 500 opening balance is never touched).

My new card arrived earlier this week and I have been trying unsuccessfully to change it on the App.  I must verify my identity first (When I first started using Line Pay, I had to take my passport to the ticket window.  That was enough and I was all set to go).  Now, you must verify your identity on the app itself by uploading pictures of your passport and your face + passport but I keep getting an error message (screen shot).  There are no other options I can get to on the app -- stuck at verifying identity.  No help at the ticket window - they tell me my card should work.  And no help on the forums on the Line website.

Has this happened to anyone else?  I'd be grateful for some tips on getting this simple but important convenience back on track. Thanks1290615232_verifyidentity.thumb.PNG.aa64b0f4e674ced3ef295f5212d2aa6b.PNG

Have you been to the Rabbit Service Center, it's on Siam BTS station concourse level? Take your ID and credit card etc.
