Nursery School / Kindergarten

Because I'm the farang, it would have to be in a Thai person's name, and I already have two Thai god-daughters who have credentials/certification to work with toddlers. However, the questions are:

> are there some formal municipal permits needed for nursery school? ...and/or kindergarten?

Either there are no requirements to setting up a nursery/kindergarten, or else no one who's read the 'post' is willing to venture a response. ...or no one knows.
