And will the Myanmar Embassy follow up with the countless other examples of extremely poor treatment of its national who are exposed to extremely unsafe working conditions, poor treatment and in many cases human rights abuses?

And will the embassy also follow up on the treatment Rohingha (sp?) people?

I shouldn't think so, they don't appear to treat their own citizens any better.

They're up against a very high brick wall... Thailand has little respect for immigrant labour in the construction industry, and a few others!

Mr Kyaw said at this stage the employer’s representative had already given the families of those killed B10,000 each to cover funeral expenses, as well as B10,000 to each of the workers injured to help with paying medical expenses.

What can one even say, when faced with such generosity and selflessness? Such Samaritans.

This was pretty obvious from the beginning, I shall never understand people who do runners, apart from the Red Bull idiot it never works out, one only has limited resources and disappearing in this electronic age is almost impossible if someone really wants to find you. I spoke once with a private detective from New Zealand who worked internationally for banks, insurances, and wealthy people or organizations of dubious character, travelling all over the world, all he had to do was trace a person and give the client the new assumed name, country of residence and address, in 30 years he had never failed to find who he was looking for. He is very expensive.

Building formerly Fishing Lodge in Chalong next to Jimmy's Lighthouse has apparently found way around findings of inadequate concrete found by former developer. Hope nothing happens or investigation of findings if building collapses. Looks just about ready for occupancy.

Off topic post removed, topic is not about Red Bull anything.
