I was just at SCB atm in Bo win pulled 20000bt ,they charged me 220bt +2.7% for something.Does anyone knows about that charge?

You accepted their offer of a foreign exchange conversion, as opposed to letting your own bank handle it?

If so, not a good choice if your bank, like mine, charges nothing.
