Transfer tax update required

Would like to know the Land Office latest tax rates (%) for land transfer (proper Chanoot title of course).

I seem to remember 3 different tax %'s before.  But maybe now it has changed on how it is calculated.

Also before the transfer amount was on the actual Chanoot only (ie: didn't matter if house etc was on the land or not), so maybe that has changed?

Also I believe the old business tax (3.3%?) was not applicable if the property has been owned over 3 or 5 years, but maybe that calculation has changed to 'personal income tax'?.

Anyway all up to date and 'been there done that info' will be greatly appreciated.
