Does anyone have experience with using the Bangkok Bank Be1st MasterCard Debit card in the Philippines at ATMs?  I went to my local branch but the answer was not really clear. 

No idea but my SCB debit card works in UK without any advance notification. Would imagine your BB card would work no problem in the Philippines

As long as your card has at least one of the international logos, you should be OK at ATM's which display that logo. Mastercard has Cirrus I think ?  I have recently been informed that Philippine banks are now issuing 6 digit PIN's, so that should not be an issue.
