After 16 wonderful years in Thailand, I am going back home to Las Vegas in October 2026

I would much appreciate if you will recommend carriers who do international transportation

I am concerned about price, mostly

Hope you can help me

Thanks

How much and what exactly do you wish to ship?

I can't answer the specifics of your questions, but just as a helpful post - i generally search for flights on both google flights and/or trip com.

I've found trip.com cheaper for business class flights, but if flying economy searching on google flights gives me cheaper options.

I generally buy on the airlines owns site unless it's significantly cheaper (trip.com has saved me thousands in business class flights compared to the airline site).

Best of luck and happy relocation.

Are you looking for a shipping company or an airline? Not quite clear it seems.

Ahh sorry, i was under the wrong assumption you were wanting airline tickets for yourself.

Are you going to live in actual LAS or Henderson? I am thinking about Henderson possibly in 2027 from CNX as well. I really liked Henderson because it somewhat reminded me of a city in Orange County CA. Good luck with your move. When I go it will be a backpack and a suitcase. Already looking at what kind of car I want to buy as well.

Good Luck Henderson, Nevada, is located directly in the Mojave Desert.

Yes... right next to Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County and not so far from North Las Vegas... all of which are surrounded by the Mojave Desert.

Did you miss the part where he said it was his home?

I only have experience with shipping 20 ' container from USA to CM.

copy and paste this into Google search:

"companies that will ship ltc loads from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Las Vegas"

ltc = less than container

I used to live in Las Vegas for 5 years.

I like Henderson

Do you prefer Henderson to Las Vegas

I like your input

You are making me think about other cities

Thanks

Why did you ask, odd.

Not nearly as odd as thinking he needed to be reminded about the surroundings of his previous home city.

The water supply situation is not looking good for Southern Nevada.

20 years ago I used to own an airplane (Cessna 172) and flew into Henderson Airport many times and really thought the city was nice. It looked like the kind of place I would want to live in. I guess it has grown a lot and even the Oakland Raiders moved there. The entire city of LAS was not appealing to me. Just a block off the strip I saw a lot of homeless and people who looked like they had addictions. Kind of reminded me of downtown Los Angeles. For me the key for Henderson is cost of housing is less than So Cal. I check the rents often in my old neighborhood in Los Angeles County and it seems like $2,000 per month is the cost of renting a decent studio or 1 Bedroom. So I am looking at many places in AZ or NV to consider as my next option.

you can clear it all up by explaining how your post helped the original poster. That's what we're all here to do.

Have a look at sendmybag.com , there is also another company whose name escapes me. This looked the easiest and cheapest way to send 30Kg packages for me but I hadn't found Dragon Courier.

The location was explained to those whom may have no idea about it.

Did any of that cross your mind is the real one question.

I move from here..bkk..to LV 4 years ago. I am a San Diego guy. I could only last 8 months. Rent was sky high and I lived in what would be called a slum area ...Compare the women of Thailand to women of Vegas is like comparing a cow to a swan.

I live in 89123 + 1454 for 20 years, super accessible, quiet, larger than average lots, no HOA, smaller tract with 3/4 bedroom houses, 3 car garages, 1 or 2 storey homes, a good builder, 1989+
