Nah, though I did try crystal meth 50 yrs ago (but didn't like the feeling). Duterte is a murderous clown whose actions have enriched the shabu cartels. When these clueless dinosaurs worldwide finally die off maybe folks will start to realize prohibition just increases profits of the criminals who then reinvest in what made them the money in the first place. You would have to real stupid to think this approach works, hell, just look at the States to truly see the folly..
