Graham Cracker Or Ginger Snap Cookies

Featured Replies

Looking for Graham Cracker or Ginger Snap Cookies, anyone know where I can find them?

On a side note, looking for a farm that grows pinto beans in Thailand (or cheap supplier). Any ideas?

Thanks

Greg

Try Villa, Greg.

I've seen them on rare occasions at Best, but not in the last year. If it's a crust you're after, you can use crushed digestive crackers in a pinch.

Hope this helps.

I did try Villa with no luck. You are right, this is for a crust. I used pretzels but with "so-so" results. Will try the crackers.

Thanks,

Greg

Try shortbread or butter cookies as well. Those make a good dessert crust.

Hi Greg, Saw Ginger Snaps...but not too many at Emporium Yesterday.(Supermarket. Cookie Shelves.)

Ginger snaps are available at Marks and Spencers here in Phuket so I would imagine that any M&S would have them. Yummy.
