Do i need to have flight in AND out for a single tourist visa ?

on the online submission i just attached my flight uk to bkk as only 1 upload allowed for travel docs...

should i take a copy of flight out with me to appointment?

for the hotel, is a few days in hotel on arrival still ok ? (it was for multi TV last year. i rent an apartment) 

do i get my visa at my appointment time or just make the application and pick up next day?

 

the online submission is buggy as heck!! are they trying to put us all off?!

Do you live near one of the Thai Consulates?

Much easier than on line application for tourist visa

for travel booking confirmation - no mention of in and out, or anything!

for accommodation - no mention of how long, or what is accepted? i booked apartment over the phone for a month. i just attached 3 days in bkk when i arrive

financial evidence - again no set guidlines.

 

why dont they just say exactly what they want?! 

 

For Single Entry (stay up to 60 days) 

• A current passport with validity not less than 6 months and at least 2 blank pages. Applicants must fill in online visa application with their given name(s) and surname as appear in their passports.
• Printout of visa application form submitted online, with bar code
• Travel booking confirmation
• Proof of accommodation in Thailand e.g. hotel booking, invitation letter from family or friend in Thailand
• Financial evidence e.g. bank statements, proof of earnings, sponsorship letter
• Confirmation of legal residence in the UK or Ireland (if applicants are not nationals of these countries) e.g. long stay visa, residence permit, BRP card

• Invitation letter from TCEB (for Mice)

Think you need travel out of Thailand confirmation..............i am only saying this as a friend of mine applied for a Tourist visa in London in Mid Nov and they asked for ticket out confirmation...........he bought a train ticket Nong Khai into Laos to get round it......with every intention of not using it

You will not get visa on same day as appointment -you will have to return next day to collect passport

or after completing the online application you can submit all your documents by post.

I would consider a trip down the M4 to Cardiff!

ok, thx, will book a flight.

if single entry can i book it for 90 days after entry on the assumption i will extend visa for 30 days? this worked in the past, but...
