Non-Immigrant Visa and TM6

Featured Replies

Hello, everybody.

Soon I will enter the Kingdom with a business visa (single entry) by plane (without return flight).
Then I will apply for a work permit and change the visa to a multiple entry visa.

Now I just remembered that there are these TM6 forms that you get handed out in the plane and where you have to fill out when you want to leave the kingdom.
Currently I am absolutely unsure what to do.

Can I leave this part empty?

Do I need to write down the date when my current visa expires?

What happens if I have converted my visa?

I suppose I have to write down the date when my current visa expires, because then those 90 days are over anyway and I have to leave the country for one day, right?

Thanks in advance

just write down the visa number and date.... not sure what the issue is ?

Only reason to leave country after 90 days would be because your multi entry extension (not visa) has not been issued.

Not really. Sensible question. Also note advice post #3.

By putting visa number it reminds io to look for your visa. Some people leave it blank and it's possible the io can make mistake think you don't have a visa and stamp you visa exempt 30 day by mistake.
