There's nothing wrong with reusable "plastic" bags as long as you get rid of it in a safe place when it's broken.

Why dont they  just print  all one  use bags ( misnomer)  with a picture of a  shark  on it, this  will deter turtles ingesting them.........there ....problem solved????
