lopburi3
Don't recall these tests being mentioned on forum and expect I am not the only one with liver issues here (they say about 30% of us have fatty liver - which may sound minor but probably not a good sign). This is completely non-invasive test that only takes a couple minutes and a couple of hours fasting. If you have abnormal liver function test results or know of possible damage this report might get you on track to repair or limit damage. As there is no danger (as with biopsy) and cost is quite low expect more of us should be aware it is available. My FibroTouch exam today at Vejthani Hospital was 1,500 baht for machine and 500 baht for operator. And yes I am well into the red zones so if had been available years ago might have helped be an incentive to keep weight down.
