Hi,

I am leaving in Thailand for 4 years, and just changed job.

Thus, I applied for a new non-B visa in Singapore.

For the permanent residence, I read that we need to have the same visa renewed for at least 3 years (via 1 year renewals).

So I guess I can not apply for PR before 3 years as I have a new visa.

Am I correct?
