Best idea .... get set up BEFORE High season ... make sure you know the area you will be working from ... (water weather etc)

If his/hers isn't doing well your's probably won't be doing well.

You should only be frightened of competition if your not convinced you can't do a better job.

thats not quite true though is it.

As an example there are now 8 massage shops in a 100 meter bit of road. The one that is the best is now quiet, the same as the rest of them as there is now a drastic oversupply of them. Just because you give the best service does not mean that you will get the bulk of the customers.

All about marketing - plethra of dive shops in most beach areas. What makes yours any better than the next? (simple question you need to ask yourself)

In any business I have been involved in competition has always made us perform better.
