Their requirments are here. http://www.tteo.org.tw/main/th/services/5202/56231-Non-immigrant-O-(spouse-dependent-of-Thai-citizen.html It would only be a single entry non-o visa plus reading what they want for financial proof indicates you may need to be working in Taiwan to get it.
