On 21st January 2020 at Kawila Military Camp, the commander of Circle 33 inspected the preparations to combat the upcoming pollution season. Appointed the centre of command by the central government, Circle 33 will be helping out those facing danger from fires, fighting jungle fires, reducing air pollution, providing vehicles, equipment and manpower as well as strategy to fight the problem and liaise between various organisations involved.

Personnel has also been released from many military-based and affiliated organisations for this purpose and will join a taskforce which will be able to cover vast areas of the north. The commander said that the military will also be supplying numerous water spraying vehicles to spray the city in order to reduce harmful dust particles.

strategy to fight "the problem".

Wow, they are going to fight the actual root cause, rather than just the symptoms?
Does anybody believe they understand what that actually is?
I haven't seen any thinking beyond the shallow blaming of established customs and commercial activity.
