If you listened to Farage speech he was correct. You don't need an EU to create trade and business. You do need an EU if you want to control and dictate in the so called name of freedom and development. You can't call it democracy.

After you guys have your little rally on Friday then the UK is officially out of the EU. The rest of the EU is no longer bound by the rules which prevent nation members interfering in other member nations business.

You are correct. One of the great urban myths in the UK is that all bad things are because of "EU law". 

 

Few British people seem to have checked the facts regarding the law in member states and how sovereign member law is not overruled by "EU law".

 

Maybe that attitude will change. I've seen many comments now about why the UK, one of the EU's wealthiest nations pays the lowest pensions.

 

 

Probably the best day the EU has ever  experienced getting rid of this egotistical idiot. A disgrace to the UK if ever there was.

I think that there are people in all countries that think they're country is superior to others.

 

The most I saw in Europe was the Dutch thinking they're superior to the Belgians; and the Flemish thinking they're superior to the Walloons. The latter loving to prove them wrong by being as awkward as possible.

As a member of the EU parlament, he was responsible for the well-being of all EU member states (including the UK).

 

His result:

- Massive currency losses

- Geostrategic weakening of the UK and the EU

- The lives of millions of people are brought into economic insecurity.

- The planning security of many companies and jobs bought at risk.

- The climate of cooperation between the UK and the remaining 27 EU countries deteriorated.

- Enormous amounts of time and resources wasted.

 

And to answer your question:

That is not a positive thing for me.

And I wouldn't do that to my country.

If Farrage hadn't kept going all these years, Brexit wouldn't be happening.  He stuck to the same message for 25 years, what other politician has done that? 

 

Don't forget that he walked away from a good career to do this, he'd personally be much better off if he hadn't but his principles forced him to do it.
