Thanks, BritManToo, that actually did work. The darker screen is easier on my eyes, but the white screen is better than the floating banner. On my computer, it is at the top of the page and gives the option of clicking on a moon (dark background) or a light bulb (light background). -

Also the national debts are in trillions and the cryptocrrency held in US is in billions. Well unless TRump made a very big purchase which he has no authority.
