Mr Tom Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 Been in Thailand on a business visa with a work permit a year and a half. It expires in a few days and I'll be leaving for Vietnam where I'll be living. I have to come back to Thailand in a month to move some stuff from my old place and do a few errands. Think there will be any issue coming back in as a tourist? Would the 30 day stamp be ok, or should I get a tourist visa for 60 days? I only plan to stay a couple weeks tops.
ubonjoe Posted February 5, 2020 Posted February 5, 2020 You should have no problem entering to get a 30 day visa exempt entry. 2

I hope you've read this thread or are otherwise aware of changes taking place and that you are unaffected. Mr Tom Posted February 6, 2020 Author Posted February 6, 2020 @Suradit69Thanks. They haven't confirmed you have to leave the country after 30 days yet with that change. I will be unaffected either way. 1
