liddelljohn Posted February 5, 2020 Share Posted February 5, 2020 UK introduces IR35 taxation rules for offshore workers this is going to be very bad , ,for me , as an expat, UK some agencies and my accountant have told me I can work everywhere BUT in UK after April 2020. But for UK based guys it will in effect treat them like normal PAYE workers so LTD or Umbrella will no longer work , they will pay full tax , National insurance as full time workers but with none of the benefits . One of my Uk pals who is an ROV supervisor reckon he will lose £10,000 a year in extra tax and NI but get no sick pay, holiday pay , pension like Permy guys ..
