Thai caption: Urine thrown at shop

Thai media 77kaoded went to a look-chin stall in Bo Win, Sriracha after a mother-in-law attacked her former daughter-in-law's shop with urine and a sword.

The father of Thipwimon, 29, said that his daughter was married to a man called Wirot for years. But he was arrested for having Ya Ba a year ago.

Since then Thipwimon had been trying to get back 25,000 baht and a one baht weight necklace she had lent to her now former mother-in-law.

The woman concerned - Wanphen,50 - took exception to this and went to the look chin stall.

She threw a container of urine at the shop then retrieved a Samurai sword from her car and smashed a cabinet and damaged an ice making machine.

She then fled the scene.

Yes, that is why they call it Buddhist Lent.

More like giving the pi$$

Sounds like mama has been on the yaba also.  ????

In Thailand the term "can I borrow you" translates to: give me now and you'll never get it back!

Thais do not borrow, they take. Thais do not lend, they give. Borrow mainly my money or my stuff, and give it on to someone else, it seems. The wife 'lends' but knows she'll never get it back. Despite my protestations, she continues to 'lend '.

Unless there was a written, signed and witnessed agreement in place at the time the gold and cash were 'lent', then it is considered a gift.

The nearest urinal - soi 9 Beach road.

I'm guessing somebody was in the right and somebody else was wrong. One more darn thing for local spirits to figure out. I sometimes feel for those local spirits, they must get stressed.

Reminds me of the American TV show "Everybody Hates Chris".  One of the no good neighborhood guys would say "Let a brother hold a dollar", and the kid knew that meant he would never get the "loan" back.

I saw that urine sword routine in the 90's ,but as a finale, she drew a picture of an elephant .....
