I have a 1 year rental lease of a condo I'm renting from a landlord. If I want to stay for another 3-4 months, how does it usually work? Do I need to ask the rental agent for another 3-4 month lease extension or can I just tell the agent I want to stay on and continue on a periodical basis of a month by month basis, on the same rental terms, after my 1 year lease has finished?

Meanwhile thinking about how kids nowadays pay way too much for live entertainment at Taylor Swift's concerts. Back in the 90s got some discount tickets to the local county fair and took a friend.
