The Wuhan virus (aka COV-19) most likely came from the Level 4 secret virus lab in Wuhan—not the wet market conveniently located nearby.  So begging the Chinese for mercy seems both cowardly and comical.

I thought it was level 14?

CCP requested a vaccine from Gilead(US) to help fight the virus then patented it in China for themselves and told everyone they produced a vaccine, anything coming out of these gangster regimes mouthes is just manure

China, or anyone else, has not claimed to have a vaccine for Covid19.

treatment vs prevention

The National Medical Products Administration of China has approved the use of Favilavir, an anti-viral drug, as a treatment for coronavirus. The drug has reportedly shown efficacy in treating the disease with minimal side effects in a clinical trial involving 70 patients. The clinical trial is being conducted in Shenzhen, Guangdong province.

There is a list of the major coronavirus drugs that pharmaceutical companies across the world are developing that have the potential to become major coronavirus vaccines or antivirals for treating the contagious coronavirus infection.

A clinical trial of 70 patients is helpful but not statistically significant.

But for PR purposes no doubt significant to both the Xi and Prayut governments.

Here's a current update on the various vaccine and medication efforts underway:

As for Favilavir, it apparently is not new nor was it developed in/by China:

Chuang Shih-hsien (莊士賢), an executive with the center, said that the anti-viral drug was developed by Fujifilm Toyama Chemical Co and approved for the Japanese market in March 2014.

It was widely used to treat people who showed resistance to Tamiflu and Relenza, medications used to treat and prevent influenza A and B infections, Chuang said.

More importantly, favilavir has been adopted by Japan and China as an experimental drug to treat severe cases of COVID-19, he said.

Favilavir is the second anti-viral drug after remdesivir that Taiwan has synthesized to combat the novel coronavirus, which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan.

Remdesivir, which has shown some efficacy in treating the coronavirus, was approved by the Chinese National Medical Products Administration last month.

Some other perspective:

Coronavirus vaccines are far off, FDA official says, but drugs to treat patients could come sooner

New drugs to treat patients already infected with the novel coronavirus, which has sparked outbreaks across multiple continents, will emerge much more quickly than vaccines to prevent infection, a top Food and Drug Administration official said Wednesday.

“The development of a vaccine is not going to prevent a pandemic here,” Peter Marks, the director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, told STAT at the SVB Leerink Global Healthcare Conference, ahead of a keynote presentation there. And getting a vaccine ready for pivotal testing is going to take more than just a few months, he said.

...

“I do have to be honest that for the vaccines, the idea that there’s going to be a vaccine that will really be able to be used in a large patient population and a large clinical trial, in the very near future, as in the next few months, I think that’s just not likely,” Marks said.

All TVF members who predicted that the Thailand Motorcycle Grand Prix (MotoGP) would be cancelled within days are hereby allowed to stand tall. Can even say "I told you so".

(That was a pretty quick decision reversal)

True, but why did they change their minds?

IMHO there's a good chance they were thinking that if they allowed the moto event to go ahead they couldn't ban student protests on the grounds that it would spread the virus.

So perhaps trying to stop the students from gathering/protesting won the day.

Im confused...The Thai eunuchs are begging their Chinese masters for a deal on the Chinese super drug to cure the Corona Virus (once its been copied/stolen from the West I presume) and yet at the same time we are assured there are still only 42 cases anyway in Thailand. This makes no sense because if so few cases then whats to negotiate?

I want to thank you @isaan sailor for this tip off. I net searched "Level 4 secret virus lab".

Very interesting. You just may have added pieces to the puzzle that I was wondering about.

And when this vaccine does arrive there will be a tiny microchip that gets lodged in the skin. The start of the decline of the human race.

To the members of TVForum I beseech you; refuse the jab. That way we can keep one step ahead of the rest of the world.

Humans; get off your knees.

These are all facts:

Shi Zhengli
In 2005, a team led by Shi Zhengli and Cui Jie found that the SARS virus originated in bats.
In 2013 Shi Zhengli published a paper in the science journal Nature. They demonstrated a direct human infection of SARS type viruses without the need for an intermediary host.
In 2014, Shi Zhengli was involved in an investigation of bat coronaviruses, specifically gain of function experiments involving both the SARS and bat coronaviruses, a joint research of University of North Carolina. That same year funding for the project in the US had been paused due to the moratorium on risky virology studies with influenza, MERS & SARS viruses, announced by the US government.
In November 2015 Shi Zhengli published a paper in the British journal Nature Medicine discussing her research into synthetic viruses namely a self replicating Chimeric virus. This virus had the SARS virus as the framework but the key-S protein was replaced with the one they had found in a bat Coronavirus. The lab mice which were infected with this new virus revealed severe lung damage with no cure.
At this point in time there was some concern in the scientific community. In fact in November 2015 Simon Wayne-Hobson of the Pasteur Institute in France warned in the Nature journal “The researchers have created a Novel virus that grows remarkably well in human cells. If the virus escapes nobody could predict the trajectory.”
In 2018 Shi Zhengli spoke at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The topic was Bat Corona Virus and it’s Cross Species Infection. Reports of this event have since been deleted from the university website.
In February 2020, her team published a paper in Cell Research showing that remdesivir, an experimental drug owned by Gilead Sciences, had a positive effect in inhibiting the virus in vitro, and applied for a patent for the drug in China. Shi co-authored a paper labeling the virus as the first Disease X.
Also in February 2020, the South China Morning Post reported that Shi's decade-long work to build up one of the world's largest databases of bat-related viruses gave the scientific community a "head start" in understanding the virus. Interestingly the SCMP also reported that Shi was the focus of personal attacks in Chinese social media who claimed the place she worked was the source of the virus.
Guess where she works………….. The Wuhan Institute of Virology.
There are more pointers but this post is getting too long. Everything I have said above is fact and not a conspiracy theory. You can form your own conclusions.

The P4 lab is not secret and is rather famous. There are only around 50 of these level4 labs in the whole world.
