You can buy credits for gravity on Earth where there is a huge surplus. These credits will be exchanged for gravity on the Moon where there is a severe shortage. It's basic trading scheme following simple economics - buy the excess surplus cheap and sell expensive where there is a deficit. 

 

But there is a catch. There is such a huge surplus on Earth that any demand on the Moon may soon be met. Those who get in early will make a financial killing, but those who are late will miss out (rather like cyrptocurrency trading).
