Non debt certificate

Hello,

I have asked a non debt certificate to transfer partly my condo (want to put my son and partner as co owners..

The management asks me the name of buyer which I don t really wish to give..

Is the name of buyer compulsory on non debt certificate ?

I imagine apart of this non debt certificate, Tor Tor sam and proxies, nothing else is needed ?

It is not compulsory on the certificate of no debt.

 

But management will need the names of the new buyers eventually, as these will become legal co-owners and thus liable for management fee, paying utilities, and need to receive invitation to the annual general meeting, etc.

 

Presumably management ensures they get this information by asking for it, when co-owners request a certificate of no debt. Makes sense.
