Now that China’s Wuhan virus is fast infecting the world—it would seem more appropriate for the communist government to offer their help and financial assistance to RoW, not just Thailand.

People are being tested for TB all the time, all over the world. The obvious difference here is that TB is a bacteria and is very curable. While Covid-19 is an unknown virus that is not curable and has a possibility to mutation with every infection. We all know how to handle all the diseases you mention very well, even though they are still dangerous.

So far in the USA during this years flu season approximately 45 million people have got the flu, 300,000 to 500,000 people required hospitalization.The CDC estimates that there have been 20,000 to 40,000 deaths in the United States so far this year. Yet everyone is going nuts over a death toll from Coronavirus that is about on par with the gun death toll in Chicago.

The Flu which is essentially what the cororavirus is kills just in the USA far more people.  They can not stop that either.  Yes they have a vaccine but as you can see it does nothing to stop the very large numbers.  In 2018 there were 80,000 deaths in the USA from the flu.  They didn't stop the public from traveling or cancel events. 

 

They may as well they caused the problem,  as for the virus under control, yeah right and they always like Thailand coming to their aid, what bullocks, who caused the Asian Monetary crisis that plunged China into a depression , talking of depression, just talking up China and Thailand gives me depression.

People are quarantined for TB. And there is routine testing for it in certain occupations in the US. There are treatments and cures for TB. There is nothing for the coronavirus.

TB must be treated to be cured. And yet millions couldn't be cured each year because some TB strains have developed drug resistance. Same goes for AIDS, the forty-year old US-originated pandemic.

The majority would recover from COVID-19 without any treatment, whatsoever.
